Role & responsibilities

Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and enforce quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that may arise.Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote awareness and prevent accidents.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity.Communication: Communicate production goals, targets, and expectations to the team. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality assurance, to address any production-related issues.Reporting: Generate and analyze production reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess overall efficiency. Provide regular updates to upper management on production progress and challenges.Planning and Scheduling: Develop production schedules and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines and production targets. Plan and prioritize production activities based on customer orders, inventory levels, and resource availability.
