Set Up, Operation, and Programming:Proficiently set up and operate CNC tool and cutter grinding machines.Knowledgeable in programming CNC machines, particularly with Numroto control.Tool Grinding Expertise:Strong knowledge of grinding wheels and their applications in tool grinding.Understanding and application of surface finish requirements in tool manufacturing.CNC Machine Operation:Operate CNC machines with precision to achieve accurate and high-quality tooling.Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.Tool and Cutter Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of various cutting tools and their specifications.Ability to interpret tool designs and adapt them to CNC programming.Quality Assurance:Conduct quality checks on finished tools to ensure they meet specified standards.Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain quality throughout the grinding process.Continuous Improvement:Actively seek opportunities for process improvement in tool grinding techniques.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC tool grinding technology.
